We use 100% CoolClouds™ Bamboo (300 Thread Count & 130 - 145 GSM), which is a premium natural bamboo fibre thoughtfully crafted to offer a silky soft, breathable, and refreshingly cool-to-the-touch experience.

Our bamboo sheets all have a thread count (TC) of 300.

TC is often misrepresented in the bedding industry as a yardstick for quality, likely due to its convenience and general acceptance in the market.

The truth, however, lies somewhere in between. Yes, TC does matter, but only up to a point (think of it as wheels on a car, where 4 is the sweet spot). Other factors, such as fabric weight (GSM), material, weave, etc., also play a role in determining feel and quality.

Moreover, the "ideal" TC is also material unique. Take bamboo for instance, because of how it's fabric fibres are woven, bamboo sheets will almost always have a lower TC than cotton. Even the finest bamboo sheets will only have a TC in the region of 300, while in the world of cotton sheets, the equivalent would be rather coarse.

We've designed our sheets with 300TC because they offer the best comfort with excellent value, and we want all our customers to experience the luxurious softness that bamboo sheet offers.

Our fitted sheets come in at 14 inches (35.56cm) for King & Queen size, and 12 inches (30.48cm) for Single & Super Single size. This should be sufficient to fit most mattress heights.

Yes, they do, and that's not at all a bad thing! That is because in order for sheets to stay wrinkle-free, it has to be treated with chemical substances, which may not be the most gentle on your skin/breathing.

In fact, we've taken extra measures to ensure that your bamboo sheets are all natural & certified by OEKO-TEX®, ensuring that it is free from harmful substances.

Whilst we will do our best to ensure that the colours would match, in reality, it would be quite difficult for a 100% match to be achieved.

For one, all our device screens are calibrated differently, making the tones look ever so slightly different from screen to what you see in real life.

Secondly, our fabric will always have a certain degree of variance (< 2%) from batch to batch, this is perfectly normal & an acceptable process of production standards.

This is subject to each individual's usage patterns and will depend on a variety of factors. Generally speaking, our sheets should easily last you around 5 years and remain in decent condition if handled with care.

Take note, however, that as with all things, normal wear and tear will occur over time. But don’t sweat the small things; just snooze away!

Our sheets are made from natural bamboo, which makes them a great choice for babies and pregnant mothers, especially since they will be spending a good amount of time sleeping & resting.

Pilling is the formation of small fuzzy balls of lint (broken fibres tangling & clumping up), which is the result of wear & tear caused by friction.

This is 100% natural and part of a fabric's life cycle, no sheets are pill-proof, including ours. That said, quality crafted sheets such as ours tend to pill less easily.

You can also slow down its formation by exercising proper precaution & care (e.g. avoid sleeping with rough clothes/sharp nails, remove dead skin & dirt regularly, wash sheets separately from other materials etc.).

No, they have not. It is recommended for you to wash them before use, to get rid of any dust or debris, and ensure you get the freshest new sheet experience.
